Co Co Key

Grandma and Grandpa came down from Y-town for a couple of days this week. They treated the kids and I to a day at Coco Key, an indoor water park in Granville. We all had a really good time. Got there right at opening and spent a solid 4 hours splashing and swimming. After we left, Reilly broke a record of falling asleep 2 minutes after we put him in the carseat. We were all equally tired!

Thanks Grandma and Grandpa!!

Weekend at the cabin

We headed for the "hills" of Hillsboro this weekend for a getaway with the kids. Steve and Carol joined us on Saturday. Steve, Shannon, Kellen and myself went on a quick daytrip to "7 Caves", which is located just outside of BainBridge on Rt 50 (between Chillicothe and Hillsboro). We were pretty amazed by some of the geological formations, just outside of Hillsboro. It is definately worth a second look.

On Saturday night, Steve and Carol treated us to a local favorite "Cattleman's Grill", some of the best ribs I have had!

You will also notice some video shots of deer, which my motion sensor camera caught over the weekend. These were actually just 2 of 26 videos shot over the course of only one weekend. Let's see if they are smart enough to stick around this fall!

Congratulations Jessica and Rob

This weekend we headed up North for 'the big wedding'. Although the skies were a bit threatening at times, the weather held up overall (as did the beautiful bride!). Here are some pics of Jessica, Eric's cousin, and her now-husband, Rob. The kids had a wonderful time running around the cake table in the gazebo...much to the alarm of their mother! I kept waiting for Reilly to pull the table cloth to the floor, with the cake following...thankfully, this didn't occur. A wonderful time was had by all.
